SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • COD orders will be charged INR 100.
  • Once an order comes back in RTO (return to origin) to our warehouse, we won't be able to accept other COD orders from you. We will let you know when this situation arises and will give you a way to convert to prepaid. If not, we will, unfortunately, have to cancel the order.
  • All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. 2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest confirming your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience). Also, a phone number is mandatory, so please make sure to provide the correct phone number while placing the order to have a smooth delivery experience.
  • The whole order amount including delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
  • Our courier partners will make contact with the shipping number provided at the time of delivery. Please make sure to answer the call for smooth delivery. After 3 failed attempts to deliver your product, your order will be returned back to our warehouse.
  • Your little order will reach you within 3-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery duration could vary due to external situations.
  • In case of delays in delivery, Kindly give us 24 hours to launch a conversation with the courier teams and get it resolved for you. They are not part of the Little By Navya core team so please expect delays in responses.

  • For all other countries, we have tied up with the best international logistic partners to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.
  • Shipping charges will be added/ mentioned while checking out on your order. For any difficulty, please reach out to us on care@littlebynavya.com
  • We accept all international credit and debit cards. Simply choose a credit card at the time of check out. This is the simplest way to complete your transaction.
  • Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Out Of Stock:

If a product is out of stock, the product will either not appear on the site, or an “Out of Stock” notification will appear on the product detail page. Sometimes, however, the product appears to be available when you place your order, but in fact, may be out of stock/defective. If this happens, we will send you a mail at the earliest, informing you that we cannot fulfil your order. The order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the entire order amount including any delivery charges for the same.

Cancellation policy

www.littlebynavya.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Any cancellations on PREPAID orders initiated by Little By Navya will result in a refund of the entire order amount.


REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@littlebynavya.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 611, 6th Floor, Trade World Building, C Wing, Kamala Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
